SA Carwash connects vehicle check-in, the wash floor, checkout and customer follow-up for South African car wash owners and their teams. These are the capabilities available across the mobile app and Web POS.
Licence-disc scanning and vehicle check-in
Start a visit by scanning a South African vehicle licence disc in the mobile app or entering the registration manually. Select the wash service and connect the vehicle to the visit, customer and assigned staff.
Live wash tracking
Follow vehicles through the wash floor with wash status and assigned staff. The connected app and Web POS help the team see work in progress and completed washes with an internet connection.
Checkout and payment recording
Keep each wash and its payment record together. Record cash and card payments, account activity, unpaid visits and loyalty redemptions. Continue using your existing card terminal for card transactions.
Customer accounts and statements
Maintain customer account records, track balances and record account payments. Generate account statements to review the activity and amounts owed.
Vehicle-based loyalty
Configure loyalty rules for your wash and track progress by vehicle registration. View earned rewards and record eligible free-wash redemptions.
WhatsApp notifications and Google Review requests
Send vehicle-ready messages and review requests as part of the customer workflow, subject to permission and account configuration. Review requests use the car wash’s configured Google review link. WhatsApp usage and delivery conditions apply.
Reporting and Daily Cash Up
Review recorded wash and payment figures, outstanding amounts and Daily Cash Up. Use the operation’s records to understand the day and follow up on unpaid activity.
Mobile app, Web POS and team access
Complete initial operational setup in the mobile app, use it on the wash floor and access the Web POS in a browser. Staff assignments and role-based access connect the team to the car wash’s operation.

Use a working internet connection for account access and syncing. Complete initial setup in the mobile app and confirm device compatibility with support before buying equipment. Available actions depend on your role and account setup.
What does SA Carwash cost?
Standard membership is R999/month or R9,999/year. When Founding 20 memberships are available, the introductory price is R699/month or R7,499/year for the first 12 months, renewing at the standard monthly or annual price respectively. Availability and the selected billing amount are confirmed at signup; starting signup does not reserve a Founding place.
Vehicle scans are unlimited. WhatsApp includes 500 successful messages per monthly usage cycle; additional messages are calculated at R0.20 each. See membership pricing and billing terms.
