Delete your SA Carwash account

For owners, managers and staff using the SA Carwash app.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to the SA Carwash app.
2. Open Legal & Privacy from the owner/staff hub.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the same email/password, Google or Apple account you used to sign in, then approve deletion.

The in-app process deletes the Firebase Authentication identity, removes personal fields from the user profile and disables active carwash memberships.

If you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with the account. We will verify your identity and authority before processing it.

What is retained

Deleting a user account removes sign-in access; it does not delete the carwash business or its operational records. Carwash configuration, subscriptions, historical billing and usage records, washes, customer Accounts, ledgers, statements, Daily Cash Ups, policy acceptances and security or audit records may be retained where required for business continuity, accounting, disputes, security or law.

Business access and subscriptions

If you are the only owner, arrange an ownership handover before deletion if the business must continue using SA Carwash. Account deletion does not by itself cancel a Paystack subscription. Contact info@sacarwash.co.za for subscription cancellation or business-access changes.
